What is ISI?
International Students, Inc. (ISI) is a Christian organization promoting friendships between international students and residents of the United States. We function on over 450 College and university campuses, helping students adjust to and enjoy American life and experience an accurate perception of the US and its people.
Who Can Participate?
We invite any international student or scholar who desires to know Americans personally to contact us. Our programs and activities are open to students of all nationalities and religions.
What Type of Americans Will You Meet?
The people waiting to meet you want to open their homes and lives to international visitors. Our volunteers are Christian men, women, and families who have values that international students sincerely appreciate.

How Can ISI Help You?
Here is a list of just some of the many programs and activities sponsored by International Students, Inc.
 | Friendship: You may meet new American friends through attending one of our weekly fellowships around the Bay Area. You can get information about these fellowships on our homepage. You may want to have us match you up with one of these volunteers who will help answer your questions about American life, and share meals, family holidays, religious life (if you are interested), and other special activities with you. |
| Special Activities: Our volunteers may invite you on a tour of their city or encourage you to attend special events that allow you and your American friends to learn more about each other. |
| Small Group Gatherings: Again check out our different fellowships on our homepage. |
| Other Services: We can help with many of your special needs, like picking you up at the airport, temporary housing, and other assistance programs to help you adjust to living here in America. |
